chore(git): 更新.gitignore并重构控制器方法命名

在.gitignore中新增三个文档路径，同时将EmployeeBigBrotherController的createEmployeeBigBrother方法重命名为allocationEmployeeBigBrother，使语义更准确反映“分配”业务含义。
