ecab353802 feat(chat): 新增重置会话接口并优化主键策略
- ChatController 增加 /session/reset 端点,支持用户主动重置与 AI 角色的会话

### Broad Request Detection
A request is BROAD and needs planning if ANY of:

**When BROAD REQUEST detected:**
